Compromise Agreements

We are well placed to advise on compromise agreements and have a wealth of experience in negotiating on behalf of Employees.   

However we find that it most effective if the essential terms are resolved directly between the Employer and Employee. 

The following subsections are designed to enable you to consider all the relevant possible terms of agreement. 

We recommend that agreement is reached on all relevant heads before we are instructed.  If agreement cannot be reached in advance or there are issues in contention we can offer comprehensive guidance and advice as to how to move matters forward to a satisfactory conclusion.
