Background
Vivienne rejoined the firm in May 2008, after a long absence of 32 years. She graduated from Bristol University in 1971 before training with a West End firm and being admitted as a solicitor in 1974. She then joined Neves in Harpenden. Over the last 32 years she has worked for a firm in Stevenage dealing with private client work and residential conveyancing. She now works in the wills, probate and trust department at Harpenden.
Her expertise lies in the following fields:

Will drafting from straightfoward to complicated wills containing trusts to protect the family.

Administration of deceaseds' estates, including obtaining grants of administration and probate, and administering estates from beginning to end.

Lasting Powers of Attorney, both their preparation and registration at the Court of Protection.

Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
Outside Interests
Vivienne enjoys time with her family and in particular her grandchildren. She plays hockey regularly (still) and her aim is to continue playing until she can take part in at least one hockey game with her daughter and granddaughter. She spends most of her other spare time gardening, doing yoga, walking and reading.She enjoys a challenge and has over the last few years participated in the Great North Run, the Three Peaks Race and a daytime equivalent of the Moonwalk - a 26 mile walk.
