Background
Haqib obtained an LLB (Hons) at South Bank University, an LLM (Hons) at Luton University and successfully completed his Legal Practice Course at Westminster University. He was born and brought up in Luton and trained as a solicitor at Neves. Haqib has good contacts with the Pakistani and Kashmiri communities in Luton.
Haqib specialises residential and commercial property (including sales, purchases, remortgages and dealing with and drafting commercial leases). He also deals with general business sale and purchase transactions. Haqib has a great deal of experience in property transactions involving Islamic finance/mortgages and in specific with residential conveyancing using HSBC Amanah Finance (Islamic mortgage)
