Property Investment Exhibition - Neves at Excel

Caroline Hume and Stewart Matthews from the Milton Keynes office manned the Neves stand at the recent Property Investor Show at the London Excel centre. The show offered an opportunity for both Caroline and Stewart to catch up with existing investor clients and meet with other investors from all over the UK. Caroline was a guest speaker at all of the seminars given by Glenn Armstrong throughout the three day exhibition. The stand attracted a great deal of interest with investors being particularly impressed with the specialised service offered by Neves to its property investment clients encompassing high speed efficient conveyancing, commercial expertise, tax and trust guidance and all areas of landlord and tenant law. The hot topic at the exhibition was the block split and lease back concept developed by Stewart.
