Our fee earners at Neves are often asked to attend and to speak at events on the subjects that we are experts in. Recently, Paul Ashby of our Private Client department, attended a support group in Luton to discuss issues concerning Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection. Below is an extract of the letter of thanks that we received from the unit manager.
"Paul did a presentation to a Young People With Dementia (under 65’s) families support group at Farley Day Centre on the evening of 17th January.
Paul’s presentation was very interactive. He explained issues in a simple precise manner, he did not talk down to people when asked questions. He used legal terms and explained the meanings of them.
Paul over ran by about 20 minutes and was very sociable during buffet answering questions that people did not want to ask in the group session.
He also stayed with us for the rest of the evening and was still answering questions as the evening closed.
