The third instalment in a series of free seminars held in conjunction with Keens Shay Keens accountants took place on Tuesday 16th Match.
The event was well attended and offered interesting and informative advice on a variety of business related subjects. Our speakers were Stewart Matthews of Neves who discussed the basics of how a business sale was structured and why every company or partnership business should have a shareholder or a partnership agreement; Paul Southward of Keens Shay Keens provided invaluable snipets of tax planning advice; and Guy Murray also from Keens Shay Keens provided worked examples of how insurance backed structures can provide assistance in regularising the position of a business in the event of the death of a business partner.
