Beth Woodward who heads up the Family Law Department in our Milton Keynes and Northampton Offices has recently been re-accredited to the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. To renew her membership of this specialist panel Beth had to provide evidence to the Law Society that she had specialist knowledge in various Family Law issues. The areas of specialism she chose were financial issues arising from a divorce; international child abduction; property dispute between co-habiting couples; and divorce.
Re-accreditation to the scheme must be applied for every 5 years and means that the Law Society has investigated and confirmed Beth’s suitability as a Family Law Specialist.
