On Sunday 31st May Caroline Hume, Nicola Green, Kiera Brennan, Shahana Miah, Nadia Mirza and Carly Inskip from the MK office together with Jane Joseph from the Harpenden office congregated at Campbell Park. There was a really fun and exciting atmosphere as everyone had made such an effort with their pink costumes which was also helped by the beautiful weather.
Before the 5k got underway, Teresa Wheatley from Inspire Fitness put everyone through their paces to warm up for the race. Watching thousands of women trying to perfect their “running man” was very entertaining!
The entrants were then separated into runners, joggers and walkers. Obviously all of the Neves ladies were in the walkers’ category because they did not want to show up the rest of the participants (other than Jane Joseph who was in the runners’ category and finished in a super quick time!) An hour later, all of the Neves ladies had triumphantly finished the race and were presented with pink medals and goody bags.
