Gail comes with a wealth of experience being dual qualified in both English and Scots law, and also a member of both The Chartered Institute of Taxation, and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Gail comes to Neves from an Oxford firm where she was a partner specialising in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Powers of Attorney, and with particular expertise in both inheritance and capital gains tax planning issues.
