On Wednesday 15th July, Stewart Matthews, Peter Kelly and James Harvey joined other professionals and businesses at the Luton Borough Council’s inaugural event under the banner of “Immunise your business from the recession”
This is the first event in a series of clinics and seminars aimed at providing information to local businesses to assist them in surviving these tough recessionary times.
Wednesday’s event took place at the Basepoint Innovation Centre in the form of five short introductions to certain topic areas; Finance; Tax; Legal Solutions; and Managing Staff. These areas will then be expanded upon in seminars to be held later in the year.
Following the introductions the event broke out into business clinics offering the business owners attending an opportunity to obtain some free advice from the lawyers, accountants, banks and others that were taking part.
