March saw competition hotting up in our Harpenden office with a shortbread baking contest.
The reason for this bake off was to raise money for charity The PSP Association. Members of our Harpenden office meticulously followed a recipe provided by the charity to see who could bake the tastiest shortbread, which was then sold to other staff members in aid of the charity.
The PSP Association is the only national organisation in the UK dedicated to the support of people with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and the related disease Cortico Basal Degeneration (CBD), and those who care for them.
